Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
